Float Pool MedSurg Registered Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a Float Pool MedSurg Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple medical-surgical units. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring patient status, documenting in electronic health records, and supporting patient and family education. You’ll adapt quickly to varying unit needs, uphold safety and infection-prevention standards, and contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
