No experience? No problem . Epex Home Performance/ Solar Works Energy pays you $20/hr from day one while we teach you how to sell.

Once you're ready, switch to 16% uncapped commission and control your own income.

RequirementsRequirements

Commitment and Drive: While previous sales experience is advantageous, a strong desire for success and a passion for home improvement are essential to align with Solar Works Energy's commitment to your prosperity.
Effective Communication: Leverage principles of influence, clearly articulating the benefits of solar solutions to potential customers.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Tools needed to start: Must have a working vehicle, as well as a cell phone with a data plan.
