Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clinic-Based

RBT Qualifications & Responsibilities Current and Active RBT Certification 1+ years of experience in an ABA environment Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality Must pass a background check Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company‑issued tablets and complete daily session notes Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings RBT Benefits Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision benefits package Paid time off, 10 paid holidays, and a referral bonus program Disability insurance and 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing professional development Small caseload for individualized support and quality care Company‑provided CPR and behavior management training Positive and supportive work environment $17 - $20 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
