Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health statuses.

• Developing personalized and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, addressing both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborating with fellow treatment team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Providing education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the recovery process and their roles in supporting their loved ones.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to comply with regulatory standards and track client progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
