Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Sonora, CA providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions and serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
• Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) of practice required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Valid Driver‘s License and minimum age of 21 years required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Must be able to travel to patient homes within the service area; mileage may apply.
