Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and administrative operations. This role is responsible for processing inbound and outbound materials, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate inventory and order allocation in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate materials against sales orders and verify accuracy

• Create paperwork for warehouse pick lists and outbound shipments

• Prepare billing documents and shipping packets

• Receive incoming materials into the ERP system with accuracy

• Check in all inbound drivers and verify delivery documentation

• Assist with inventory control and material organization

• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a highpace environment

• Comfortable using ERP systems or warehouse software (training provided if needed)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel

• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask

COMPENSATION-$16-$18 DOE
