SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward for a beautiful private school in Nashville. We offer continuous training and room for growth. This team pulls together to provide exceptional dining experiences for the students, faculty, and staff at this school.

This position follows the school calendar, so unless there is a catering event, nights, weekends, and holidays are off!

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Summers off!
• Available overtime for catering events.

Pay Type:

$17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Rotate products in inventory.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
• Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
• Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
• Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
• Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
