Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented team player to join our Accounting team as a Title Office Clerk!
We are a high volume, multi-franchise dealership in East Rochester and have been in business for over 100 years !
The ideal candidate must be dependable, accurate and able to work Saturdays.
This is a full-time position. The work schedule will include [2] 10am-7pm shifts during the week and [1-2] Saturdays a month.
Compensation:
$19-22/hour for base pay, based on experience level
Monthly BONUSES based on performance after introductory period

POSITION SUMMARY
The Title Clerk verifies and prints all paperwork needed to deliver a vehicle and prepares legal transfer documents for the DMV.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Title Clerk is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
Accurately preparing all documents related to the legal transfer of vehicles being delivered to customers
Billing new and used vehicle sales transactions
Prepare New York State (NYS) documents in accordance with DMV laws for vehicle sales and titles, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Detail oriented, while still working with speed and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some computer knowledge and/or experience
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a drug test

WORK SCHEDULE
Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
