**Job Summary:**
The Engineer is a critical technical role responsible for the continuous operation, maintenance, asset preservation and repair of all complex building systems across the property. This position operates as a core member of the facilities team to monitor,control, test, repair and construct a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Required Certification
• Preferred Licenses: Valid journey-man level electrical or plumbing license, or formal trade school certification in HVAC/R technology
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• -trong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
