About the Role We are looking for a Production Assistant, Home to support the development and execution of the Tabacaru home collection. This role is for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of building a new category. You will assist with sample tracking, vendor communication, calendars, materials, and the many moving pieces that bring products from idea to reality. You should be comfortable in a hands-on environment and ready to support both creative and operational needs with care and precision. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day production needs for the home collection Track samples, prototypes, materials, approvals, and development milestones Help organize product information, calendars, vendor updates, and internal communication Assist with purchase orders, production timelines, and delivery follow-up Coordinate sample reviews and support internal approvals Help with quality control checks and flag issues early Maintain clear and accurate records across product specs, measurements, materials, and deadlines Assist with general operational tasks tied to the launch and growth of the home category Requirements 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in production, development, operations, or an assistant role Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong follow-through and reliability Ability to juggle multiple moving pieces without losing accuracy Clear communicator with a proactive mindset Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative detail Based in Los Angeles Nice to Have Experience in home, tabletop, textiles, fashion, or product development Familiarity with vendor communication and production timelines Experience handling samples, materials, or product approvals Ability to anticipate issues before they become problems You May Be a Great Fit If You are the kind of person who notices when the trim is off, the proportions are wrong, or the delivery date was never confirmed.
