You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and taking care of customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, listening to their concerns, and providing detailed information and explanations about the services we offer. Your expertise will be crucial in accurately estimating the cost of repairs and presenting recommendations to customers. By effectively selling the necessary work, you will contribute to the overall success of our business.
