What to bring:

• Valid and active Physical Therapy license for Missouri
• Strong experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a significant advantage
• Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and submitting required paperwork
• High level of professionalism, organization, and excellent communication skills
• Prioritization skills to handle a manageable caseload across two schools

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to PreK students, focusing on developing motor skills, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress in daily educational activities
• Develop individualized therapy plans, set appropriate goals, and document student progress in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Attend scheduled meetings with multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and contribute positively to the school environment
