Utilize the nursing process to lead patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care. Demonstrate organizational skills to prioritize workflow and meet diverse patient needs. Integrate current standards of practice and regulatory requirements into daily nursing services. Apply continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes.
