Senior Business Analyst Finance de Marché - Investment Management (Freelance / CDI)

Ref. : 006539 Contexte Dans le cadre de la transformation IT d'un groupe international d'assurance et de services financiers, nous recherchons un Senior Business Analyst spécialisé en finance de marché et comptabilité des placements. Intégré à un environnement Agile à l'échelle, vous serez le point d'entrée privilégié pour toutes les évolutions du domaine Investissement. Type de contrat : CDI ou Freelance (selon profil) Localisation : Casablanca Démarrage : ASAP Langue : Anglais obligatoire Missions principales 1. Activités de Business Analyst Recueillir, challenger et formaliser les exigences métier (user stories) Prioriser les fonctionnalités à plus forte valeur ajoutée Modéliser et simplifier les processus métier et règles de gestion Identifier les impacts transverses et orienter les utilisateurs dans leurs choix Harmoniser les processus pour une architecture cible groupe Documenter la solution de bout en bout 2. Expertise domaine Investment Assets Garantir la cohérence des orientations avec la stratégie Groupe Représenter l'entité dans les instances du domaine Identifier, évaluer et maîtriser les risques impactant le domaine Piloter le changement et accompagner les parties prenantes Participer aux instances de décision et exercer son devoir d'alerte 3. Partage et rayonnement Assurer une veille active (Agile, Cloud, IA) Proposer et conduire les évolutions technologiques Promouvoir le partage et diffuser son expertise Profil recherché Formation supérieure (Ingénieur ou Bac+5) 5+ ans d'expérience en banque/assurance ou cabinet conseil/audit Expertise en IT Finance/Comptabilité : finance de marché, comptabilité IFRS9, messages SWIFT Expérience en cadrage de projets à fort impact sur processus métier et outils IT Contribution à des programmes de transformation IT en banque/assurance Maîtrise des méthodes Agile (rituels, parties prenantes) Très bon niveau d'anglais Compétences techniques Solutions de gestion d'investissements (SAP IMA ou équivalent) Outils de suivi projet (ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence) Comptabilité IFRS9 et finance de marché Messages SWIFT (domaine financier) Soft skills Capacité d'arbitrage et décision motivée Leadership sans lien hiérarchique (agile à l'échelle) Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse Aisance relationnelle et force de conviction Capacité à représenter et valoriser l'entité au sein du groupe #J-18808-Ljbffr Novancy One
