THE ROLE

We're looking for a skilled, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team full-time. You'll deliver professional skincare treatments, educate clients on personalized routines, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform professional skincare treatments including HydraFacials, customized facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade treatments
• Administer dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and other add-on services
• Assist with laser hair removal and other treatments within scope of practice
• Educate clients on skincare treatments, product recommendations, and at-home routines
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products to support treatment outcomes
• Deliver a warm, elevated client experience from consultation through follow-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical and front desk team to ensure seamless patient care
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Esthetician in New York State (required)
• Experience working in a medspa, dermatology office, or luxury spa (required)
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• HydraFacial and/or chemical peel experience preferred
• Strong consultation skills and genuine interest in helping clients feel confident
• Professional presentation and positive energy
  

SCHEDULE

Full-time. Weekday and weekend availability expected.
