Sr. Training Specialist (Part-time)
Job Summary
The candidate will work as a Senior Training Specialist , delivering in-person training sessions for National Grid employees on ADP Workforce and timekeeping systems. They will be responsible for facilitating group sessions and ensuring that union-represented employees understand the new system implementation.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in Instructor-led training
- Experience in Group facilitation
- Knowledge of Adult learning principles
- Experience with Workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, or HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP Workforce
- Experience with WorkForce Software
- Familiarity with a Union environment

Pay: $60/hr W2
