Client Service Representative

Position Overview Kurv is currently seeking a Customer Service & Support Specialist at our Cleveland, Ohio location. The role requires a constant focus on the customer experience, strong communication skills across chat, email, and telephone, and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic industry. Responsibilities Provide remote assistance to Kurv merchants in using their equipment or gateway service. Assist with billing, statements, and other transaction‑related questions. Install and troubleshoot essential mobile applications on iOS and Android devices. Analyze and resolve first‑level technical problems. Respond promptly to merchant and client inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and chat. Offer pre‑sales support of Kurv products and services to prospective merchants, internal clients, sales, and vendor partners. Utilize multiple software and web‑based systems. Participate in ongoing product and services training and cross‑train team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications One year of experience in a customer help desk environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Ability to craft clear, concise business correspondence via e‑mail and chat. Typing proficiency of 30–50 WPM. Adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic industry. Effective problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet technologies; experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and willingness to learn new software or web‑based applications. Comfort using smartphones and tablets (Apple and Android). Desired Skills and Experience Two years of experience in a remote technical support environment. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification, or other relevant IT/HelpDesk certification. Prior experience in merchant services or electronic payments industry.
