More About Our Team Join our dynamic 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit (1:3-1:4 ratio) in a thriving rural setting, where top-performing nurses are known for growth, autonomy, and exceptional teamwork. We're seeking proactive professionals to manage complex drips (Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine) and diverse cardiac/trauma patients. Why Join Our Team? How You'll Contribute Provide appropriate care for patients moved from ICU to IMC, utilizing critical care skills and professionalism. Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment for Angio and Medical Surgery units in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. May float to Med/Surg unit or ICU/ED if trained (experienced). What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required; IMC/PCU or ICU experience preferred Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required by completion of hospital orientation Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire More About Havasu Regional Medical Center Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 171-bed community hospital with the resources and the technology to serve as a regional healthcare provider.
