Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Balanced Healthcare . As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity and quality care for our residents. If you are a team player with a passion for making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain block schedules and coordinate staffing needs for the facility Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective staffing and coverage Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and meet regulatory requirements Conduct daily staffing reviews and make adjustments as necessary Maintain accurate records and reports of staffing and scheduling data Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing efficiency and productivity Requirements: STNA licensure At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr AOM Healthcare
