Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and a dynamic practice environment with a strong support team. The physician will provide high-quality outpatient care, collaborate closely with advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs), and contribute to clinical workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse adult and adolescent patient population.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a focus on preventive care.
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Offer clinical guidance and oversight for mid-level providers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and in-house diagnostics.
• Document encounters efficiently using our EHR system and participate in clinical workflow optimization.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and practice development.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in PA or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with mid-level providers (NPs/PAs) preferred.
