Recruiter | Brooklyn, NY • $70K-$80K + Commission

About the Role

A growing ABA company is seeking a Recruiter to source and engage BCBA and RBT talent. This is an ideal entry point for someone proactive and organized who wants to build a career in recruitment while playing a key role in growing the company's clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

Identify, source, and engage potential BCBA and RBT candidates
Use job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified talent
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding

Collaboration & Reporting

Work with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment efforts

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment field
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous recruitment or HR experience a plus, but not required
