Warehouse Manager

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager to support high-impact emergency response operations. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes that enable rapid deployment of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and can operate with urgency, structure, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure real-time tracking of materials Coordinate shipping and logistics to support rapid deployment timelines Oversee warehouse staff or contractors, ensuring productivity and safety standards Implement and improve processes for inventory control, order accuracy, and efficiency Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and field teams to support project execution Ensure compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and operational standards Support surge operations during emergency or high-demand scenarios What Success Looks Like Inventory accuracy and availability remain consistently high Materials are deployed on time to meet operational demands Warehouse operations run efficiently with minimal disruption Strong coordination across logistics and field teams Ability to scale operations quickly in response to urgent needs Required Experience 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience Experience managing inventory systems and reporting Background in fast-paced or high-demand operational environments Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Background Experience supporting emergency response, field operations, or large-scale logistics Military experience Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience leading teams or coordinating contractors Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
