Competitive Pay: **$55–$65/hour DOE** Full-Time and Per Diem Opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Package Supportive Interdisciplinary Team Opportunities for Growth & Continuing Education Rewarding Work Environment Focused on Resident Success## As our Physical Therapist, you will:* Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy treatment plans* Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students* Participate in care conferences, rehab meetings, and quality improvement initiatives* Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and fall prevention* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations* Assist with restorative nursing programs and staff training* Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility aids to improve resident independence## Qualifications* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy* Current license in good standing* New Grads encourage to apply!* CPR Certification (if required by licensure)* Skilled in communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred## Why The Pines at Placerville?At The Pines at Placerville, we believe great care starts with great people.
