Job Title
Key Responsibilities: Process Development & Automation
- Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures in Smartsheet, Power BI, and JIRA.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly for non-technical team members.
- Create custom views, reports, and data visualization tools that align with business needs.
Custom Development & System Integration
- Develop custom scripts and applications (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA) to enhance Smartsheet, Power BI, and JIRA functionality.
- Establish API-based integrations between Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and other tools to improve automation and data consistency.
- Define and build backend data structures beyond Excel if required (SQL, cloud-based databases).
- Perform data queries, custom filtering, and conditional automation to improve efficiency.
JIRA & Confluence Management
- Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, boards, dashboards, and issue tracking systems to align with business processes.
- Automate JIRA tasks and set up custom fields, issue types, and rules to optimize team collaboration.
- Develop structured documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence to support process adoption.
Process Optimization & User Training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure long-term usability of the implemented systems.
- Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Smartsheet Expertise – Advanced automation, reporting, permissions, and form creation.
- Power BI Proficiency – Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualizations.
- JIRA Administration – Custom workflows, automation, board configuration, and reporting.
- Confluence Documentation – Creating structured documentation and knowledge management systems.
- Scripting & Automation – Ability to write custom scripts (Python, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, or similar).
- API & Data Integration Experience – Familiarity with JIRA REST API, Smartsheet API, Power BI connectors, and other integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team.
- Excellent documentation and process-building skills to ensure long-term sustainability.
