Associate Technician Distribution

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks an Associate Technician for distribution operations at its Hebron, Kentucky facility. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping diagnostic products and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and operating warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, and pack products for shipment to customers
- Inspect materials for accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates, and part numbers
- Create and complete documentation for orders and reconcile inventory
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
- Assist management with continuous improvement projects and identify routine workplace issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or collaboratively
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during 8–10 hour shifts
- Capability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks
