Therapy - PT

Outpatient Physical Therapist

The position is for an outpatient physical therapist. The shift is 5 days a week, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend or on-call requirements are expected. Holiday work might be required. Travelers must be prepared to float within scope to meet facility needs. All requested time off must be included at the time of submission. The facility has the option to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. The unit is part of a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit. It utilizes Epic for charting. The traveler's responsibilities will include evaluating patients, assisting with assistive devices, and developing plans of care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is expected. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, they may be assigned to emergency response teams. Hurricane season occurs from June through November, peaking in August and September.

Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 1 year of experience - Non-local candidates only - No first-time travelers accepted
