Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK operating 24/7. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.

The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician has strong experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, motors, controls, and industrial manufacturing equipment and is comfortable working independently on a night shift schedule.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous industrial maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, heater bands, and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production machinery efficiently
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must not be afraid of heights and be capable of climbing silos when necessary
• Must provide personal hand tools including wrenches, sockets, and drills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform reactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and related components
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V
• Repair motors, controls, heater bands, and production equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational issues
• Complete preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation accurately
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Climb silos and work at heights when required
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards

Week 1:
• Work Monday & Tuesday
• Off Wednesday & Thursday
• Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2:
• Off Monday & Tuesday
• Work Wednesday & Thursday
• Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing facility operating 24/7
• Non-climate-controlled environment
• Exposure to production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, and elevated work areas
• Physically active role requiring standing, climbing, lifting, bending, and equipment repair work
