Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced ER RN (Registered Nurse) to provide high-quality emergency care in a hospital emergency department in Tuba City, AZ. As a key member of the emergency care team, you will deliver compassionate, efficient, and clinically sound nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent medical and trauma conditions. Responsibilities Rapid, thorough triage and ongoing assessment of patients Initiate evidence-based nursing interventions Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team to stabilize and treat patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Starting and managing IV lines Administering and titrating medications according to provider orders and hospital protocols Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs Assisting with procedures Providing wound care and splinting Supporting airway and ventilator management when needed Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Upholding strict infection prevention and patient safety standards Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and families during stressful situations Qualifications This position offers the opportunity to build and strengthen advanced emergency nursing skills while working on‑site in a hospital setting in Tuba City, serving a diverse patient population and community.
