We are a well-regarded nine-hospital network in the Phoenix metropolitan area, currently expanding our team. We are looking for Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologists to join our dynamic, physician-led Gastroenterology Team . With a team of 27 employed GI specialists and a robust support system of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, along with a GI Fellowship, we provide an outstanding environment for practicing high-quality medicine collaboratively. Our Advanced Gastroenterology service continuously supports the general GI team with complex cases.

We proudly serve as the Primary Teaching Affiliate of Arizona State University’s John Shufledt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering, set to open in 2026 , offering additional avenues for professional development and faculty opportunities (optional).

Customized Practice Model:

• Design a schedule that aligns with your clinical preferences and personal lifestyle.
• Flexible outpatient structure: options for full-day endoscopy or a combination of clinic and endoscopy.
• Patient visit durations can be 20, 30, or 40 minutes .
• Start times are tailored to your needs, ranging from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM .
• GI Hospitalist offers a traditional 7 on/7 off schedule or two weeks on followed by M-F days, plus three weeks of paid vacation.
• Access to a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with ownership opportunities available after two years.
• Inpatient service rotation averages one week out of four or more for locations without a GI Hospitalist; some sites have a GI Hospitalist program.
• GI Hospitalist pilot at select locations reduces inpatient scheduling .
