We recognize family as the cornerstone of our company and want you to be part of a team that values your contributions and well-being.We value our families and community:Paid time offHardship Program – support for staff during challenging timesPatriot Cares – nonprofit for community outreachHow we support you professionally:Competitive hourly payMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance/Supplemental insurance (begins immediately upon hire)Company 401K with 4% company matchingResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of our Administrative Medical Assistant include:Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and referral sourcesGreet visitors and manage front deskAssist with scheduling tasks/patient visits for clinical staffCoordinate schedules and communicate updates to field staffProcess mail, faxes, and electronic documentsMaintain organized patient and clinical filesAssist with data entry and documentation in EMR systemsSupport billing processes including scanning invoices and reconciling visit logsEnsure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policiesPrepare meetings, manage equipment and support projectsAll other duties as assignedQualifications:· High school diploma or GED· 1+ year of office, admin or scheduling experience· Prior home health or healthcare experience preferred· Familiarity with EMR systems preferred· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systemsJob Conditions:Ability to sit for extended periodsOccasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbsFrequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipmentPatriot at Home is an equal opportunity employer
