• Active School Psychologist license in the state of Texas
• Recent experience conducting student assessments in school settings
• Familiarity with supporting elementary age groups
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage the needs across three campuses
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to commit to a consistent virtual workday, selected from either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate student assessments across three elementary campuses
• Collaborate with in-building counselors to ensure students' needs are addressed (assessment-focused; counseling handled by counselors)
• Maintain thorough and timely records in alignment with school and district procedures
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and documentation for educators and families
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for students and staff
