CDL-A Driver Home Weekly

Job Description

Get home weekly while running a dedicated no-touch freight account out of Oklahoma City. We are looking for CDL-A drivers who can keep deliveries on time, communicate clearly, and handle a steady dedicated lane with a 34-hour reset at home each week.

Weekly pay and home time

This position starts at $0.60 per mile and averages about 2,500 miles per week. Since this is a new account, weekly miles may adjust as the lane settles in. And get you $1,900 - $2,100 take home weekly

Drivers also receive:

$25 per stop after the first stop
Detention pay at $30 per hour after 2 hours from appointment time
No-touch freight
Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
Vacation and holiday pay per company policy
Dedicated fleet manager support

What to expect on the account

Freight is preloaded out of Oklahoma City, OK and delivered to store locations. Drivers spend most of the week in the truck, then take their 34-hour reset at home on the weekend.

This account requires night driving, on-time performance, and daily communication through Samsara. Dispatch may be handled through Samsara or by phone. Drivers may also pick up backhauls when needed and must not go home with a load.

Peak season runs May through October. Time off is first come, first served and requires two weeks’ notice, with no peak-season time off except emergencies.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record and ability to meet company standards
Comfortable running nights when required
Able to follow dedicated account dispatch, communication, and delivery expectations
Must live within 60 miles of Oklahoma City, OK
