Overview
Sterile Processing Tech Supervisor — Travel assignment in a hospital setting in Helena, Montana. Start date 08/02/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts (typical 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sterile processing operations, including decontamination, instrument preparation, sterilization, and distribution of sterilized items.
- Manage and mentor staff, assign tasks, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, instrument tracking, load validation, and adherence to infection-control standards.
- Maintain instrument inventory and collaborate with OR and supply chain teams to ensure instrument availability and appropriate par levels.
- Provide on-call availability by phone for emergencies as needed and support scheduling coordination as required.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sterile processing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- CRCST certification required
- Ability to work in a hospital environment with a Monday–Friday schedule; shift may vary by need
- Eligible for travel assignment within the 200-mile radius policy or willing to relocate to Helena, MT
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; demonstrated ability to supervise and develop staff
