The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality therapeutic services, helping clients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Therapists are hired in-house by the facility. This role focuses on designing and implementing individualized therapy programs to help residents maximize independence, safety, and functional outcomes. Reporting: This position collaborates closely with the rehabilitation team, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and families to support comprehensive care planning.
