Hourly Rate: $31.60 an hour.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Academic Req: Required – Bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university; Preferred – Graduate degree from an accredited program/university
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience: Required – Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Six (6) plus, years of related experience and/or training
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Review records, documentation, procedures, and practices for compliance with applicable federal, state, local, regulatory, contractual and organizational requirements.
3. Prepare accurate and timely QA review reports. Develop monthly quarterly and ad hoc compliance and quality reports.
4. Validate the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of required documentation. Conduct follow-up reviews to verify that identified deficiencies have been corrected.
5. Identify compliance deficiencies, process gaps, trends and potential areas of departmental process improvement.
6. Identify and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, compliance, quality, operational performance, and service outcomes.
7. Develop and maintain tracking methodologies, scorecards, dashboards and reporting tools
8.Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members.
9. All other duties as assigned.

8. Support a culture of compliance, accountability and continuous quality improvement
Requirements: 1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment. 2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. 3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks. 4. Demonstrate the ability to: a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics. b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals. c. Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently. d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times. e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position. f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. 5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
