Residential Sales Consultant

Creating outstanding customer experiences, the full-time Residential Sales and Service Consultant will sell products and services, retain customers, and resolve billing and service issues in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Sell products and services while retaining current customers through effective communication and problem resolution Negotiate service orders and perform billing duties, including discussing inquiries and collecting on accounts Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues and responding to customer inquiries across various platforms Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate computer competency and understanding of database programs preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
