Company vehicles may be available for local travel; applicable mileage reimbursement is provided when using a personal vehicle.Design and adapt tailored exercise therapy plans using baseline assessments, health status, and medication profiles to help patients safely achieve their rehabilitation goals.Monitor patient vital signs and exercise responses in real time, recognizing key contraindications to ensure every session is delivered with maximum clinical safety.Lead dynamic community and patient education classes to empower individuals with the knowledge they need for long-term health and wellness.Keep department equipment and patient records impeccably maintained, ensuring seamless daily operations and high standards of care.Step up as a shift leader in the manager's absence to support team workflow and maintain unbroken continuity of patient care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
