Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Vancouver, WA is just north of Portland, Oregon, and three hours south of Seattle. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current state of practice OT License. Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
