What We Offer What You Can Expect to Earn We're all about setting clear, achievable goals and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like: Base Pay $24–$26 per hour based on experience Equivalent to $50,000–$54,000 annually Bonus Potential Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results Total Annual Compensation $56,000–$63,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience $66,000–$72,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals We set realistic, attainable goals that our team members hit consistently.
