What You'll Contribute:

• Empower Finance Teams: Guide finance users in maximizing ERP software functionality, championing updates, and driving enhancements to streamline processes.
• Trailblazing Analysis: Develop and execute test scripts for financial processes, meticulously tracking and reporting defects to ensure seamless ERP updates.
• Cohesive Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across departments, maximizing synergy throughout Yale New Haven Health's expansive network.
• Compliance and Precision: Uphold internal controls during month-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Auditor Engagement: Engage with auditors, facilitating reviews and ensuring transparency through the preparation of schedules and necessary documentation.

Qualifications We're Seeking:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years in progressively responsible finance/accounting roles, with a preference for experience within the healthcare sector.

Special Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL database, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Lawson/Infor and other financial software is advantageous. Strong analytical and communication skills are fundamental.
