Job Description

Maintenance HVAC Technician – CPO

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance HVAC Technician to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and a current CPO certification .

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems throughout the community.
Complete resident work orders and general apartment maintenance.
Assist with make-ready turns and preventative maintenance.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall repairs.
Maintain the community pool and equipment in accordance with CPO requirements.
Assist with general upkeep of the property and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
CPO certification required.
EPA certification is a plus.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with residents and the property team.
