Contract Administrator

AVID Technical Resources

Position Overview
This role will assist with maintaining contract records, coordinating approvals, supporting contract execution processes, and ensuring compliance with established contracting procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of contract administration, procurement, legal support, or related experience
Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Paralegal experience or exposure to legal contracts is a plus
