Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires candidates to possess at least one year of experience in the Catheterization Laboratory and a valid license. The position involves working in a busy Level I Trauma teaching hospital, supporting a diverse range of cardiac and vascular procedures. Candidates are expected to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL Tech)
• Schedule: Days shift, 0730-1800, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or RCIS; at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience; willingness to be taught peripheral angiogram/run-off, endografts, EVARs, TEVARS, etc.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Interventional Radiology or vascular surgery labs; highly preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities, with specific response times (1 hour for vascular call, 30 minutes for cardiac call).
  • Support and responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, and emergency responses.
  • Scrub color is green; parking is free.
  • Transportation support, great unit culture, and the possibility of working holidays during the contract.
  • The unit features advanced imaging and monitoring equipment, with One week of orientation before on-call duties.
