Right at Home Kentuckiana is hiring dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and adults in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability, including:

• Morning shifts
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Short visits
• Extended shifts
• Weekday and weekend availability

Positions are available throughout New Albany and the surrounding communities .

• $15.50–$16.00 per hour

As an In-Home Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant, you may help clients with:

• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility and transfer support
• Fall prevention and safety supervision
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities
• Companionship and conversation
• Reporting changes in client condition to the office team

Your work helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 25 pounds independently
• Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred

The following are preferred but not required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, home health aide, CNA, direct support professional, or assisted living aide
• Age 21 or older
• Experience supporting seniors or adults with disabilities

Employment is contingent upon completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include:

• Criminal background check
• Drug screening
• Verification of required employment documents
• Other screenings required by company policy, payor requirements, or applicable law
