JOB TYPE: Full-Time / Part-Time

Available shifts:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Life Bridge Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated personal care assistant to provide individualized support and care for our client, Brian Cupp, in North Olmsted, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• ✓ Provide respectful and compassionate personal care support
• ✓ Assist with daily living activities as needed (meals, hygiene, mobility)
• ✓ Support transportation and community activities
• ✓ Maintain clear communication with the client and support team
• ✓ Follow established routines and individualized care plans
• ✓ Help client pursue employment/day program opportunities
• ✓ Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
• ✓ Document care activities and report observations to supervisor
• ✓ Respond to client needs with patience and kindness
• ✓ Support client independence and self-advocacy

Qualifications:

• DSP Certification + Med Certification 1 (Med Cert 1) required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a DSP or caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED .
• Valid driver’s license & background check required .
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must successfully complete a background check
