# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical – Texas Start Date: August 11, 2026
Location: Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, 48 guaranteed hours available Highlights:

• 29-bed Medical-Surgical unit with 6:1 patient ratios
• Acute care environment with general medicine, orthopedics, and neuro med/surg patient population
• EMR system: Meditech
• Supportive team structure with dedicated charge nurses, RNs, LVNs, techs, and unit coordinators
• Procedures include abdominal fluid removal and central line placement
• May float to other inpatient medical-surgical units as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Acute care experience required
• Experience in neuro med/surg, general medicine, or orthopedics preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend
