Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this job involves:Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in a commercial facility.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.Test and maintain backflow prevention devices.Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed.Required Qualifications:Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota.Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications (but not required):Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems.Basic computer skills for work order documentation.Location: Bloomington, MNShift: 1st Shift; Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
