Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Columbia, SC Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbia, South Carolina, 29204! Job Title Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Columbia, SC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule Participate in on-call rotation as needed (on-call, when required, is limited to the first 4 hours) Float within scope to like units or sister facilities to meet staffing needs as required Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records Respond to emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June-November) if applicable Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start date) BLS certification required ACLS certification required Epic electronic health records experience required Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals considered on a case-by-case basis Preferred Experience / Skills NIHSS certification preferred First-time travelers are welcome to apply Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a 304-bed acute care facility with a supportive team environment Block scheduling may be available upon manager approval based on unit needs About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
