Banquet Houseperson/ Event Staff (As-Needed)
Candidate must be able to set up and break down venue for events and maintain upkeep of all function spaces to standards set by venue management.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning duties include bussing tables, taking out trash, sweeping and mopping venue floor, cleaning and sanitizing all touch surfaces, and cleaning guests restrooms. Breaking down and setting up venue tables, chairs, and other furniture and decorations as required. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. Must be able to work late nights/overnight or early mornings and have reliable transportation. Some hospitality experience preferred but not required. Interest in event operations is a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Candidate must be able to fill shifts on short notice as necessary to ensure continued operations. Maintain flexibility to cover diverse shifts across different areas as needed. Complete assigned duties during scheduled on-call hours. Work independently without direct supervision.
