As a senior Product leader of the platform, you will lead the strategy and execution of the System of Record functionality for Financial Accounts and Transactions; and manage the relationships and needs of our key business stakeholders who will onboard onto the platform.The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about solving some of the thorniest problems on Financial Accounts, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoys figuring out the optimal platform answers with our Tech Partners that solve business needs and engineering best practices. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
